WHAT WE DID:
A Sarawakian-born bubble tea store located in Kuching, Teapack, is considered as one of the most popular bubble tea franchises by the locals. As a popular tea break spot for families and friends, their bubble tea drinks and freshly baked pastries are some of their most highlighted treats.
With the aim to increase their social media presence and drive sales, Teapack engaged SOL Digital to increase social engagement and boost their sales on GrabFood.
In the span of 6 months, Teapack’s social media pages saw exponential growth with an increase of more than 2.6k Facebook followers, over 1k Instagram followers and more than 2.7k page likes.
Through the use of Facebook advertising, Teapack’s ads reached beyond 157k people across Kuching. They were one of the most highly engaged bubble tea brands on social media with an average of over 10k post engagements per month.

With more and more competitors popping up in the market, Teapack was keen to set themselves apart with a well-established brand identity and social media presence.
Physical sales were also affected due to the reemerging waves of Covid-19 in Kuching. Thus, they were eager to boost GrabFood orders and further advertise their monthly promotions on that platform.
Through specific audience targeting, our ads were aimed at Teapack’s hottest demographics, most prominently teenagers and young adults. We also retargeted and created lookalike audiences of people who had interacted with their social media pages or their ads.
Not only that, through integrating ad campaigns and leveraging compatible ad formats such as Collections Ads and the Instant Experience, our ads provided a more interactive experience while introducing Teapack’s most popular items. People who clicked on the ads are either led to Teapack’s social media profiles or their GrabFood page to learn more about their promotions or to make an order on Grab.
