WHAT WE DID:
Petra Jaya Properties (PJP) is a premium real estate provider in Kuching, Sarawak, that offers high-quality products and value for thousands of homeowners, landowners, tenants and business partners for the betterment of living.
PJP started its journey in digital marketing with SOL Digital in September 2020 with the goal of building brand awareness and increasing sales leads for their numerous projects.
With Facebook ads, PJP successfully sold out all 4 units of its industrial buildings (worth more than RM700,000 each) with a monthly ad budget of RM500 in 3 months.
Using customized chatbots, PJP generated over 1500 quality leads as interested customers were able to interact and engage with a fully functional chatbot system all day, everyday. This system allowed a seamless and automatic capture of lead details.
They also received a consistent number of more than 20 showhouse viewings per month for their other residential projects.

Due to the imposed Movement Control Order (MCO) by the Malaysian government in order to combat COVID-19, PJP faced difficulties in holding physical showhouse viewings despite receiving many leads, which greatly affected the sales of various projects.
A full-funnel strategy was utilised to effectively capture quality leads through specific audience targeting. Moreover, constant A/B testing methods were used to identify the best performing ads with the highest cost-effectiveness.
By combining Facebook ad strategies with chatbot marketing, PJP directed its audiences from the ads into a custom chatbot messenger to further enhance their customer journey.
Through the chatbot, interested leads can gain more information regarding project details, location, brochures and other project-related resources. This concurrently facilitates the process of obtaining quality leads and optimizes PJP's sales efforts.
