Creative Hamper Supplies Network is one of Kuching’s earliest operating, local gift shops that supplies gifts and hampers to families, friends and businesses all year round. 


Considering Sarawak’s multicultural and diverse community, Creative Hamper enlisted the help of SOL Digital to promote their custom-made Raya and Gawai hampers for the coming holidays (Raya and Gawai are huge festivities for Sarawakians).

Creative Hamper saw a huge influx of inquiries after promoting their hampers through Facebook ads. Their Raya hampers were sold out in only two weeks.


The physical store saw a large number of fresh-looking, new faces apart from their core customers, most of which were people in their mid 20s - 40s.    


Through consolidated efforts from Facebook advertising and social media posting, we successfully drove awareness and saw a substantial amount of leads convert into sales.

As Raya and Gawai festivities were under strict regulations due to COVID-19, Creative Hamper feared the exhausted festive ambience in the community would result in a plummet in sales. 


It was difficult to reach their usual customers as well as people were less willing to step out from their houses.

our approach.

We devised a content calendar for social postings and developed a full-funnel e-commerce strategy which experimented with a variety of specific audience targeting.


To showcase the variety of hampers, we created a catalogue Instant Experience which included selected designs for both Raya and Gawai hampers. Through A/B testing different catalogue covers, we explored audience receptiveness of the different creatives.


A custom Messenger Chatbot was created to help guide interested users down a seamless customer journey to know more about the products, such as the price and hamper contents. The call-to-action was to lead users to contact the sales team directly through Whatsapp.
