As one of the leading township developers in Sarawak, Naim Properties has flagship developments across Kuching, Miri & Bintulu.
To celebrate their 25th Anniversary, they launched the SuperDeals Campaign all across Sarawak which spanned across more than 10 projects, with discounts offered up to 50% for both commercial and residential properties.
In a span of only 10 days, Naim Properties attracted property buyers from all across Malaysia and overseas through digital advertising.
By leveraging a property chatbot and Facebook ads, Naim Properties reached almost 560k people across Malaysia and managed to sell off more than 60% of their SuperDeals property units.

Most of Naim Properties' past advertising efforts were executed through road shows, newspaper banners, gallery visits and other traditional methods. With the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) to combat COVID-19, a lot of traditional marketing activities were restricted.
To adapt, they opted to instead reach their target audience through digital channels and content despite a fairly obscure social media presence.
As people mostly stayed at home, social media traffic and video consumption rose tremendously.
To hype up the campaign, a series of short teaser videos highlighting the SuperDeals promotions were created. By boosting these videos through Facebook ads and A/B testing the audience, we were able to reach potential leads across Malaysia and overseas.
Potential leads were guided through their journey of understanding the campaign using a customized chatbot, eventually leading to their conversions.
