UDA Property is a well-known developer in Malaysia, with projects across the country, including Amaanee Residences.

Located at Taman Wakaf Seetee Aisah 2, this project is an extension of Taman Wakaf Seetee Aisah 1, comprising 422 apartments. What sets this project apart is its location on waqf land, where ownership is reserved for Muslims, aligning with its religious purpose.
the outcome.
In October 2023, UDA Property partnered with SOL Digital to raise awareness and increase conversions for their project, Amaanee Residences. To achieve this, we ran a Facebook lead generation campaign from October 2023 to November 2024 to drive potential customers from awareness to conversion.

As a result, Amaanee Residences sold 150 units within 12 months, reaching 950,000 accounts on Facebook and generating an average of 160 leads per month.

Marketing plays a crucial role in selling properties, but a common challenge is dealing with unqualified leads, often due to a lack of genuine interest or incomplete information. SOL Digital is no exception to this.

Moreover, a new competitor within a 5km radius of Amaanee Residences has positioned us as an option rather than the audience's sole choice for a home.

our approach.
To address the challenges faced by Amaanee Residences, we improved our messaging to better attract the target audience. This included consistent messaging like "Terbuka kepada pembeli Muslim dengan pendapatan gabungan RM4,500 ke atas" to target higher-quality leads.

We also showcased the value of Amaanee Residences by using a drone shot comparing a RM600k property with Amaanee Residences, priced at RM360k. This clear comparison highlighted its affordability and appeal.

Finally, we created an urgent post highlighting the number of units sold, encouraging potential buyers to act fast and secure their purchase. This mix of urgency and targeted messaging helped boost engagement and sales.
